Children and Teens from age 3 to 13 inclusive = $5

Children 2 y.o. and under = no charge

Deadline to register is 5:00 pm on Sunday, November 16th, 2025.

Registration Guidelines:

a. Logging into your Etz Hayim ShulCloud Account first will automatically fill in your contact information and link your registration to your account. If you don't log in, please fill in all contact information.

b. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields.

c. The first and last name of the Payer should match the name on your credit card.

Using the fields below, please provide the name and age of each adult and child in your group. Please use the first field to enter your name.

Children under 2 years old can attend at no charge, but we still need their names and ages to prepare for the event.
